Dude, your the one with the girlfriend, you shouldnt need to know how to get a girl off.
But while your studying "that" technique, you can unclip the grill bylifting the tabs with a flat bladed screwdriver. You can access the tabs from the front, in between the louvers. Be gentle though. There should be 6 of them, pull one at a time, and ease the grill foreward.
