    how do i get the grill off?... i dont wanna screw it up, by fiddling around....

    But while your studying "that" technique, you can unclip the grill bylifting the tabs with a flat bladed screwdriver. You can access the tabs from the front, in between the louvers. Be gentle though. There should be 6 of them, pull one at a time, and ease the grill foreward.
