i blew my locker at the track drove it home. Re welded n then blew it at hachi cruise and wheels locked cos one of the plates got caught in the crown n pinion gears. Just reversed un lodged it and drove it home 1 1/2hrs at 100km
one wheel will still drive, the crown a pinion has to be removed for it to be ashored it wont break ever, theres 4 weld points

Ok so im guessing 'weld here' is the center..
the thing to the keft is the 'crown wheel' ? ? ? ?
if i pull the crown off.. i can pull the center out ???
and i just fill the center with weld???
is there any special things i should know about pulling it apart and putting it back together
stuff that i should do or dont do?
heed my words. when you weld it make sure u weld plates over the holes otherwise if it DOES break, weld material will fall out and get caught in the gears... horrible sound! and it will stay locked ne way.
thats not what i ment
see the spider gear where it says WELD HERE.fill that whole right up to the level on the casing, theres 4 points around the casing that has to be done

probably best u dont take the crown off due to it having to be retensioned once back on,u will snap an axle b4 a diff if its done right, when i said one wheel will spin thats if an axle snaps

I just had a look at mine..
so going by what your saying.. basiclaly i dont have to pull a single thing off..
just stick the mig in all 4 holes and fill the holes up with weld till it gets to the suface
then put the diff back in the car?
If this the strongest method?
or will i expect it to go back to spinning 1 wheel in a few months.
put simply an S series isnt an easy diff to do,because of the casing, that 1stpic is perfect and u can do much more then that
if its an easy series and ur drifting its gonna break anywhere in time... and if its a t series ull prob be doing axles regualary, fact of life
