i got my kit and some uber deep dish MK1's off floody 31

the Aoshima kit is pretty sik detail wise. i used to build a lot of old yank muscle car kits when they were cheap and plentiful, and this kit shit all over them.

coolest thing so far is the different height modes. the rear has 2 holes the axle can go through, stock height and slammed

also you just flip the kingpins in the front (doesn't have strut front end ) and it lowers the height to suit the back. instructions are all in japanese but i recognised the tricks when i saw them from my old kits

hey, since i got my first 1/24 car model today (thanks floody 31) i might as well put down what i got so far

this model is going to reflect my where im going with my MZ11, so hopfully i can get some 1/24th xr4, ssr mesh, or MK1 rims to suit (when i get some 1/1 scale ones first )

A lot more work to go on this one yet. Still have to wire/detail engine bay and refit triple carbs, build interior up etc. But the body is done bar fitting chrome bits and chrome foiling the window surrounds.

wow some awesome stuff here! i'm looking to get back into this, possibly a *e7*

i did two ages ago, back when i loved minis (still love em) i did a rally one and a stock one paints kinda chippin and poor quality

red body was done in paints, green was done with a can, you can tell the difference
