After you have cleaned out the crank cap install the new bearing, line up the claw with the resess. Then snap it in with your finger. Make sure the sides are flush on both sides.

The ones with the grove and hole are installed into the block. The same method is aplied for both

Then oil both of the surfaces with some engine oil.

Next install the lower thrust washers, these have no raised peice. The oil groves face the outside. Gently place them.

With the bearing now in place, carefully place the crank into the block (Make sure the bearing surfaces are clean) and with out nocking the washers out of place, if they slide around just realine them

Now putting on the crank caps or lower end caps... or what eva

Each has an arrow and a number, number 1 goes to the front (motor facing front, or back is wear gear box goes)

They may not go in smoothly, but a very gental tap with a hammer will do, once they are all in its time to get you bolts out of the petrol.

Oil up the threads and underneith the heads, this will help with tighening. Also they may not go in easly becuse of the cap being missalined. DO NOT FORCE THEM.

If they dont do in, let them rest and wiggle the cap around until the bolt EASILY screws in. Tighten all the bolts up finger tight.

    Now for the torquing.

You will need to follow a certain pattern for tightening up the bolts.

The torque setting is 44 Feet-Pounds.

The 1st cap to be tightened is the middled, then work your way out, going from cap 3

to 2, 4, 1, 5. Also go in a zigzag across the bolts Pics may help
