    ok, me and a few frends were arguing the point 2 another frend that u could paint a section of u car with the right color spray paint (from a can) and it would look fairly close 2 the original apart from the fact that the original color has faded a bit and all that but i say it is possible then 1 of frends rekons no way is it possible sooo could some1 please post a pick or tell me ur experiances in doing this thanks

    yea it can be done, ive done it to my brothers car , came up fine, im probably going to respray my whole bonnet soon as well with a can with the orignal sprinter white color

    its definately possible, its a hell of alot easier with white.. most matched paint is just enamel.. ie clear coat is combined..

    edit: its not easy to do it and make it look good with metallic paint, its rediculously hard

    does any1 have some piks of this it would b greta if u could have the sprayed 1 next 2 the normal 1 so i can show him that it is possible and could b done picks would b great thanks

    belongs to a certain dude by the name of scuba steve as i understand. the entire thing done with cans i think.

    This is my can job on my datto 1000. 200 bucks worth of satin black and a couple of cans of clear.

    Does this still need prep and undercoat of primer?

    Im thinking of respraying my entire printer myself .. from BLUE to PANDA.

    Think its still possible with cans? Will i still look shiney like a fridge?

    haha lol, the printer... i painted my sunroof with enamel black and a coat of clear out of spraycans, and its nice and shiney as. its definately possible
