The FWD RWD Thread linked in the first post does not seem to work anymore. Here is Karl's new thread . Need to be a toymods member to read it I think.

    Hey,

just putting it out there but a AE86 => 4age wiring GUIDE would be invaluable as i've been looking for one for ages and i can't find one anywhere on the net

I'm sure there are others like me who can't make do with just wiring diagrams and would really appreciate a guide on how to do this.

Using an AE82 loom is the most common way so that'd be the best bet. it's pretty much just plug and play until you get to wiring in the passenger side kick panel that's where the trouble lies.

Shouldn't have to be too in depth just a set of instructions on what to plug into what and what to cut and join.

If i could do it i would but i'm sure heaps of people on here have the knowhow to write up a good guide.

    Cheers.

No offence guys, But if you can't read a wiring diagram I think you would be better off not attempting the wiring yourself. It is pretty simple to wire them up, Find someone who knows what they are doing to wire it up for you..
Why hesitate when you can accelerate???

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Medicine_Man @ May 14 2008, 06:17 PM) </div>It's not that i can't read a wiring diagram it's more so when you have a cut wad of wiring in one hand and three plugs in the other hand a wiring diagram isn't much help.

But yeah getting someone else to do it is what i'm gonna do... then, when i've absorbed all the info for myself I'll write up the guide myself.
