    Hi Guys

Just wondering if anyone's also experiencing/experienced water leaking into the car from around the left rear window? Because, as it's been raining these past few days, I've noticed that water's getting into the car from the top of the left rear window, and also into the compartment in the boot where you store your car jack and tools.

If so, how did you fix this?

    Cheers

yeah, i was thinking about doing that soon, but I found it odd that water leaking for the window would lead to water in that compartment in the boot. So I was just wondering if this could be where the leak was, or if anyone had an idea where else it could be coming from.

    Thanks for the reply mate

Just buy some silicon or to be specific you can get "Automotive sealant" from bunnings. Also check ur taillights all the ones iv seen leak unless already repaired. Just pull off the old gasket, scrap the surface clean with a blade and use silicone to seal it.

Im betting it was from the taillights

Its probably trickling down behind the plastic trims......... mine does this also and I resprayed my car and fixed all rust, put fresh seals and mustik everywhere but I still get leaks...... I think hachis came with leaks from the factory........ lol...

Guys i just fixed my problem. I had a thread about this 2 weeks ago. The water is leaking at the point where the clips are. These clips are the clips that hold the window in and hold the plastic trimming flush against your window. So if you remove the trimmings and get a screw driver and apply silicone ( well sikaflex is better as silicone attracts salt and salt=rust) you will get the leaks to stop.
