    simple answer, function or look.

    Will look better without wiper.

If u need ur wiper, leave the hole there for it.

    Simple!

If you molding it on you can just trim it where the wiper is and then it will look perfect, if not would look better with the wiper off. When I put mine on ill be molding it on

Mine doesn't have a whiper, but I don't have a TRD wing, but I reckon it makes the whole hatch look that little bit neater.

Whats IMO drift-86? not up to date with the lingo .
Well i wanna get it moulded on yea, so they would smooth it out near the wiper ay, i thought it would just be straight cut near the wiper making it look a bit weird. What type of shop does this work, like fiberglassing, pannel beaters or some specialist?

    IMO means 'In My Opinion'!

I removed my rear wiper from my hachi aaages ago, and have never missed it since. I have a ducktail wing and have the wiper hole filled. Looks 10000x better.

    ^^^

Why? because it rains so much? Or because its illegal to not have one?

When I had one I dont think I EVER used it.
