thats my recommendations, or a lower profile if you can get it.
no wheels are to be less than 7 inches wide. any bigger than 8 inches on the 13's and 14's and you may struggle to get the tyres stretced far enough. 9 inches is pretty much as far as you'll safely get a 195/50 tyre on a 15 inch rim.
it's possible to fit those tyre sizes to wider rims. it all depends on the sidewall of the tyre and the rim itself where the tyre bead seats. some rims have a nice flat surface that you can stretch tyres over for ever, some have the staggered design which can make it very hard to stretch tyres.
195/50 on 15x7's
205/45/16 on 16X7 track tyres
