Very nice on the whole build and loving the yellow! Makes me want to eventually spray mine yellow.
Yeah i trimmed it with black vinyl.
It's a pretty dodgy job though, I'll probably end up getting it done properly in black suede.
Ok,
Yesterday I went for a burn around the block in Beau's whip..Made me do this,
as well as forced me to start working hard on the car again.
One thing that has really been bugging me is the oil cooler location. It looks great down in the brake duct but the front bar never really sat well no matter how much I cut it and if I hit something like a gutter it would get smashed..
So out came the tools..
and this happened
Much more ripple strip friendly, and i figured i was never going to run a bonnet latch anyways haha
Next up i have to modify the f/b bar brackets to clear my cooler piping so there is no sag under the headlights.
then apart from the bonnet the body is finally done!
ahh so thats why you were looking at that area of my car.. looking for my skills! Watch out for heat transfer and those text books. Cause you know i once helped my mates unlces, sisters husbands, granddad polish his wheels so i fucken know its the best spot to put it!
