    original hole for ae71

template i cut out of a old oil container, plastic then painted with flat black to that it coulc be scrashed threw in the inside for cutting

holes drill for the bolts and a series of smaller holes drilled around the mark, still needs to be rounded and smoothed with a round file

template bolted on to ae71, shows where it needs to be cut/drilled etc..

further explanation with ke70, only a sight fileing is needed now, have the master handy so you know exactly where more needs taking off, no point fileing like mad if you dont have to...

Good Guide. Nice work with the template.

Just as a suggestion for an even neater result, use a hole saw. I cant recall what size it is 25mm or 32mm perhaps. Some paint on the exposed metal from cutting the hole, would be wise too to ensure it never rusts.

yeah im sending the template to the a bloke...

as i said if i had a hole saw i would of used one... but the same can be applyed with the saw...

if other people want a use of the template just give me a PM and you can use it next as i said some people dont have a ae71 to make one from.. but you could probaly make one from the pedal box just as easy, but you wouldnt have the bolt as a referance...
