    Default replacing axle bearings

    im about to start replacing my axle bearings, but im abit stumped with the best way to do it. hows every else do theirs? :s

    You have already read a general automotive mechanics book or the service manual right?

    pull the axles first
    then remove the bearing collars. i usally just take to it with a grinder and cold chisel.
    then press the old bearings off. press the new ones on and press the new collar on.
    reinstall axle(with new seal recommended).

    presto finito
