    Hi

    Below is the specs of my AE86

    As it was Purchased

    # 4AGE Bigport with standard ECU

    # VL Electric Pump mounted externally with ADm tank

    # Carbon Bonnet

    # Standard ADM Brakes Front and Rear

    # Standard ADM Dash etc

    # 14" Superlight Wheels

    # Stuffed front bar

    # No Grille

    # stuffed Tie Rod Ends Inner and Outer










    Started the full strip down and paint stripping process back to bare metal on outside and all door jam areas etc.

    Fitup of the Manifold short log type out of steam pipe, RB20 DET T3 turbo.



    Nites Parts Bell Hsg and stuff




    My 15 * 6.5 + 16 wheels as received



    First fittment of engine , then the intercooler plumbing begins.

    Also my remote oil filter and cooler assy fitout.

    My LSD center from the disc to disc rear end ( Not sure exactly what it is )





    Pics now with the 15 mm bolt on wheel spaces fitted and running -3.5 degrees camber on the front thanks to my Cusco Camber tops.

    Engine bay completed and running ( Thanks to Anthony from Kaizen Garage for the wiring Job).










    On the Hoist at TNT Exhausts Burpenagry for the 2.5 Mandrell system to be made up.





    As it is now

    # AE101 4AGZE with bigport RWD manifold and Big to Small port Adapter plate

    # RB20DET Turbo ( Used Condition)

    # RB20DET Stainless Dump Pipe

    # 4AGE RWD Water pump setup

    # Koyo Aluminium Radiator Assy

    # Ae82 Thermo Fan , wired into temp switch circuit

    # JDM Front vented and slotted rotors and calipers ( Very Soon to be FC Calipers and Mini Cooper S Rotors & Skyline GTS master cycliner 15/16")

    # W55 Gearbox and Nite Parts Bell Hsg ( T18 slave cyclinder )

    # Cusco Camber tops

    # Unknown lowered springs ( Soon to be custom lowered King Springs)

    # Koni Adjustable shocks front and Rear

    # JDM/ custom 2 piece tailshaft with W55 front uni end

    # LSD 4.1 Disc to Disc rear end with slotted Rotors

    # Whiteline front and Rear Swaybars

    # Turbosmart Twin Port Blow Off Valve

    # 2.5" Aluminium Intercooler piping

    # Bar and Plate Intercooler

    # Thermocool Oil Cooler and remote oil filter mount behind front bumper bar.

    # 15 * 6.5 inch Hayaski Racing 3 piece wheels + 16 mm offset and Toyo 205 / 50 /15 tyres

    # 4 * 15mm bolt on wheel spacers

    # Standard AE101 GZE computer ( Wired up thanks to Anthony from Kaizen Garage )

    # 5 Puck ceramic clutch and 20V 215mm Flywheel

    # Fully Rebushed with Nyothane Front end

    # JDM dash (Later Term)

    # JDM EFI Tank

    In its current form and running 12 psi it produced 139RWKW on Crossley dyno about 3 months ago.

    # RB25DET Turbo to be fitted

    # Adaptronic ECU ( Anthony will be laughing when he reads this, )

    # New Front Seats and retrim of interior

    # large Rear Wing

    # FC Calipers and Mini Cooper Rotors with R32 Master Cyclinder.

    # Turbo Blanket as bonnet has blistered due to the heat from turbo

    # Tinted Windows

    # Possible coil over front suspension

    Not sure exactly what the radiator was from as it was init when i got it.

    Hey Craig how are ya mate. Sorry I never got back to ya about the clutch slave cylinder for sure, I finally managed to track down the guy at the clutch shop in Wollongong, and he reckons the one I used with my W58 was a Hilux one, but he couldn't remember which model. Have you sorted out the clutch problems you were having with it ?!

    Loving the paint and the wheels dude.
