dont like the idea kit cars= ikea cars .. i can assure you that none of the the above would use any sort of cheap chinese replica parts to build or provide to their customer.

started a GT40 but the guy was a knob end so after collecting parts, figuring out suspension set ups etc.. It never got off the ground properly.

All i plan to do is widen to stockies to around 10" or just find some already widend ones, keep them flat red, mabye a tiny little stretch with whitewalls, slam it and fix up the interior.
It would be great to put a v8 in there, but it came with a freshly rebuilt slant 6 still wrapped in plastic lol.
from memory the 6's in these are pretty strong. they use to tow with them and so on.

not getting into whats a hot rod or a street rod. your just getting into symantics, cause to me a street rod, is a sub catagory of a hot rod......
and according to judges around australia, that red one is a hot rod, due to the level of finish, while a street rod is a lower finish of car (eg not a show finish) but you guys go nuts
