So I have my car back from WTF Auto and they did a great job to get the car going. I'm most impressed with how neat the engine bay looks. I think they got rid of at least 1kg of wiring and the dirty extra injector lol.
There is still a lot of work to do in there which I'll do to save some cash.
So the car is on a basic tune till I sort out an intercooler and piping.
Another change to the build was in the suspension.
I sold the original stuff I put in and bought some BC's with 7kg front and 4.5kg rear spring.
I figure these will be more street friendly to me as a daily and to the po po when it goes over the pits.
So first up with the BC install was to cut 50mm off the bottom of standard struts.
I took them to a local exhaust shop to weld and then gave them a coat of mat black to neaten them up.
Onto the car followed by the FC brakes......
....down on the ground with the fender to see how she sits straight from the box...
And in with the rears and some adjustable top trailing arms cos I have them.
I'll muck around with the height and settings when its closer to road worthy.
On the list of things to do,
-change brake master (cos there is something growing in there)
-sort out the inter cooler
-prep for paint
