aye what a rig how long do ya reckon till completion
do those wheels fit on ya hubs without spacers (clearance of brake caliper)
trans cooler ? is it gonna be auto ?
lol yeh right !
80$ each for brand new 195 r15 is good enough for me
Reliability shouldnt be an issue other than the stock pistons which will be replaced once the car is running and everything else finished. and im going for an initial tune of around 240- 250 rwkw and when im finished after ive done cams, bigger valves shim under buckets and quad throttle inlet manifold i will go for around 290rwkw but really ill be happy with what i get i reakon the most important thing is throttle response and boost response

where do you live? specifics would be great
yes im joking
i live in... and my keys are in...
nah mate running a soarer R154 manual with oil pump and cooler and yeh wheels fit with no spacers or anything
completion im thinking maybe next year now coz im going to perth a couple of times in the next 3 months so thats taking most of my time and spending money
ah ok over engineering
when you orded your wheels did you specify what x factor (space from hub face to spokes) becuase i orded some shit looking wheels becuase they have this 45mm spacing so they clear my calipers, and i couldnt find any others that did except for $400 a rim.
itll be finished next year arsehat....uve been putting it off for too long now....
with mad hook ups for parts ud certainly wanna have it done by then....

lol u have obviously never monitored gearbox oil temps during any kind of competition ??
anyway yes if u buy wheels from roh u have to fill in a detailed sheet so they make them to clear the brake calipers keep in mind that my brake calipers dont protrude past the face of the hub anyway so almost any 15 inch wheel will fit my car easy
ah ok 2 eazy.
youd have to be driving for a couple of hours to need a cooler but wouldn't you, i dont know what your competing in anyway, are you gonna do like targa's and long rallys ?
yeh it only takes around 30 min for oil temps to get outa control even with a lowish power output yes targa is on the boards and ill be doing a fair bit of circuit racing
when i got my sidepipe the exhaust shop said it was illegal to come out the lhs because it faces pedestrians, plus its meant to be 300mm from the nearest opening window/door, who cares though i got it done anyway. also when i regoed i got told again it was meant to be on the rhs away from pedestrians.
