I decided the other day, that since im keeping my interior, and i love the whole retro theme a beige keto has.

I will be putting a snes inside, with one of those dvd screens, i figured they have come down in price a fair bit that id be silly not to.

If anyone has any advice on this please shoot.

I will be mounting the snes probably on the tunnel in the back so you can change games easy and shit. Ill get one of those 12v->240v inverter things from wang smiths, the snes has the ability to use cube or 64 av leads, so i guess ill just run them into the back of the screen, which i will probably mount at 45 degrees in front of the gear shifter surround, run the control pads under the seats so when you wanna play you just reach down and grab em from behind that little ridge

and wammo i can rock out in some rock n roll racing, or do some sliggities in mario kart, i rekon it would be sweet.

comments all welcome, good and bad.

p.s i thought about using my nes, for more retro appeal, but i figured all the good games ive got for nes, i have on snes, and the snes is just that bit better.

Interesting idea but you'd have to be spastic to actually do it. For a car that's so easy to break into, thieves will have a field day if they even THINK there's some decent A/V gear in there.

yeah see if live on the sunny coast, up this way people dont break into cars a whole lot, and i just think it would be great, i was thinking i could probably mount the sness tucked up under the dash in some convenient fashion, but its a snes man, they cost 25 dollars new from game traders. I will even make a nice little way of holding all my games.

we will see how it pans out in a few weeks,

    keep the ideas coming

I saw one of these with the light gun at a car show... guy had an 27" LCD attached to the back of the rear seats... but doesnt the light gun not work on LCD? I dont know, he was playing Mario at the time.
