    Default jdm t50 question

hey all i have a question for any1 running the jdm t50 i have just got my clutch slave cylinder but i have the clutch hard line running down the wrong side of my gearbox tunell
i was thinking of just getting a braided line made up straight from my clutch mc to slave but i was wondering what all u blokes have done for this
ie bending the adm clutch hard line down the drivers side or getting a new 1 made up or as i have thought getting a braided line made up
    cheers all for your help
    the dyno pull to 300rwkw

BT20v is making 300rwkw like i said i would without nitrous so now its time for some spray and see if she will run a 10s or less

The hard line is similar to that on a RA60 I beleive.
Get the metal bracket that is bolted to the left chassis rail, and bolt it to the right one.
Work out how long the hard line should be. Go to ABS or some brake place and get a new bundy brake line made to suit, with Toyota M10x1 fittings. Bend it to shape yourself.
The flex line is the same as all others, or get a braided one, M10x1 male and female.
And remember the big metal C clip to hold the flex line onto the bracket.

And it's important to have it braced, isn't it?

just go braid. will cost you $80 and looks trick. get banjo both ends, and try to get the ends at 90* to each other. or have a good look at what you want, otherwise it will be twisted.

    otherwise yeah like jonny said.

    also t18 line will work.

It's just the difference between Toyota reliability and what the regular Aussie thinks they can get away with.

If a metal brake line is made to flex, it will break after about 10 years. Whos fault will that be? Toyota have it covered.

the easiest way by far is to just run the clutch line setup from a t18...it bolts straight up to sprinter with ease

    Honda CBR1000 front brake line.

Edit: Not front brake line, clutch line. Well im 99% sure it is. Its definatly a Honda motorbike clutch line, and im pretty sure it came from a CBR1000.

Yeah I do, but its on an ADM T50, hence the slave being on the other side. However it could still work on a JDM one. Ill try to get some pics today.

Also running an unknown motorbike brake line as one of my brake lines on my T series due to my T series when I got it having crushed lines.
