    Default bmw wheel cap

    just wanna check if anyone on here can help me out...

    ive got a 3 series bmw and the wheels have a centre cap which doestn seem to just pop off ...its covering the wheel nuts so it needs to be removed.

    any ideas would be great help

    Have a look in the BMW tool kit in the boot, there should be a tool in there to take them off.

    If not please refer to manual in the glove box.

    depends some have a locking center cap which have a big hex nut (obvious) there is a tool for this in the boot if its not there use a big pair of stilsons (adj pliyers bit rough) some have a aluminium cap which just takes a gd hit what model 3 series is it

    BBS style wheel? You need either a massive socket or the BMW centrecap removal tool. The cap screws off.

    But I think there are some caps that just lever off.

    Just grab the huge nut lookin thing and try to unscrew it. Some unscrew about 1/3 rotation and pop out, others are a threaded section...

    yeh they are bbs style,

    its a 318i

    got no tools with in the boot but, its rusted out they probs fell out haha

    ill see what kinda adj plier clamping things dads got
