dont flame me please jsut after a simple question. im sjut about to put my head back on with my new 0.5mm trd head gasket and the torque settings where not listed on the package. So can some one please tell me..

Factory specs are 300kg-cm (22ft-lb, 29Nm). Once it's done to that tightness, 90degrees all round then 90 again.

What adam said, i have a 4age manuel at home i can post the thing for you so you know exactly what your doing. Not sure how soon ill get home though....
Btw, anyone that flames someone for asking how to correctly torque a 4age head up deserves a swift kick to the head....

Lol yea a bit of a typo there. cheers everyone for your help. i have brand new toyota head studs. the head is getting cleaned etc tomoro so i should be right to bolt it all up after that
V-tec i have seen some vids of your car and it is amazing. i am trying to set it up similar
