    Default anyone running front guards moulded to rear?

    hey guys i wanna know if anyone is using front guards moulded to the rear. if so i want pics!!

    what have you guys done to fit them? just cut the old guard right off? also how did u seal them on the inside so water doesnt just go into your boot?

    Chop it off.



    Weld it on.



    When you chop it off you have to weld the inner and outer guard together.

    I take no credit for mine though, as i didnt do it.

    yeh im getting dads mate who does classic car resoration to do mine. just wanted some info. did u just tack them and bog it?

    Make sure you got the wheels to fill em tho, welding the whole guard on will be about a 40mm increase over stock!

    Mine were trimmed back so they werent quite as wide, a 8 -22 sat just poking the lip out the guard.

    i will be running ma61 wheels with 25m spacers will trim the guards to suit wheel

    That will sit the same as an 8 -4

    I seriously suggest just getting some 8 inch wheels so that the tyre stretch makes the wheel fit your stock guards, as an 8 -4 will clear stock guards with a 185/60 and a roll and pull

    Unless they are completely rusted out and need replacing then go nuts.

    yeh the guard is no longer due to rust lol.
