wooo! I found "Drift"! I'm currently getting the rosetta stone series to learn Japanese but I dont know if I want to get into Kanji or katakana...
I've been learning Japanese (日本語) for a few weeks and just figured how to write it on the computer so I wanted use my new skillz.
Anyway katakana words are basically words that come from other languages and just get pronounced with a Japanese accent. I put some easy to guess words that I thought were humerous in here. They have the katakana and its English spelling next to it so you can have a guess at what they mean. 50 points to who ever can guess them all
And remember Japanese people don't have L so they use R as their L as well as their R. If that makes sense.
And for anyone that knows katakana, I know my spelling is probably not all right. But I'm still a beginner and as every Japanese person I've met would say (about their English) "My Japanese is poor".

All right except pants.
Thats cool. I knew some people that learnt pretty decent basic chinese off the computer. But you need to know katakana to read half the words in Japanese and its only another 46 letters. Same with kanji but they say you need about 1800 or somthing to read a newspaper so who can be bothered (unless you have to )
the others are:
ハンサム - hansamu - hansome (spelling?)
ビーッチ - biichi - beach
パツ - patsu - parts (also called buhin)
カスタム - casutamu - custom
Alright thats all of them. Heres some more off my head:
ハムッバガ - hambaga
サイトマプ - saitomapu
ホスト - hosto
スウィト - suuito (I dont know if this is a real word but I say it anyway)
Someone else put some up.
Touge = Mountain Pass (also said for mountain drifting)
Suki = Love
dont know the letters and crap so dont ask for those =P and I know they arent words that sound like english words, but I know only VERY limited japanese... If it's not said alot in an anime, I dont know it XD
moto = more (Probably heard only in Hentai)
oh... might as well...
hentai = pervert
(just in case you didnt know. Might not wanna google it. Just try to figure out what it means from the definition, if in case you werent already aware of it, which ALOT of people already are.)
