I assume your talking about the con rods? If so, yip, same length and also size/strength for the same year.

But, the early 4age ones are different (blue top engine), they are smaller and weaker.

My very first car needed a new pushrod because the ball on the end had worn down and kept popping off the rocker. A new one was 85 cents I think.

When I padock bashed my second car, I tried reving it too much and a pushrod popped off the rocker also. No damage.

    1st car: 1978 Pontiac LeMans 305 V8. Cost $0
    2nd car: 1974 KE36 Cost $600

the conrod is different in GZE . it is quite obvious if you lay them side-by-side

But I think the AE86 con-rod would be the same as the AE82.
And the AE92 GZE con-rod would be the same as the AE92 100kw con-rod?
And the AE101 GZE con-rod would be the same as the Silver 20v con-rod?

i have a small port 4age in peices that has identical rods to a gze i have here also.
    same block i belive aswell.
the early 4age's did have weaker rods and also smaller big end's and gudgon pins.
very similar too 4ac rods. still pretty strong though.
compared too a nissain of similar era and engine type.
