Yes its a t-series but no it wont fit with-out welding.
Shock mount/spring perch, probably even trailing arms are all different. Not to mention brake cable length.
Did you use the search function.
g'day i was wondering if a MA6x lsd disc brake rear end would fit an ae86? its a T series diff

Insert witty comment here....
yeah i used search for "supra diff" and just "differential" and got a few good threads but nothing that exactly answered my question.
thanks
excuse my ignorance but ma60 is live axel yeah?
if so, its no worse than putting a hilux/tarago diff in your car, mate of mine is in the process of getting tarago diff modified to put in his ae86. costing him about 400$ to get it modified. need a custom tail shaft as well of course, and most likely custom brake lines, but
so its not that far out of an idea...

well the way i see it i want disc brakes for safety in daily drivng with others in the car, and an lsd for fun. i was going to buy a mk2 supra earlier this year but theyre a bitch to find parts for and guzzel the fuel. i like their 3.7 2 way lsd's.
ill be happy if this setup costs me less than a jdm rear end with lsd and disc (which it most likely will cost me half as much)
MA61 is IRS.
ma61 irs is a F diff as well.
its a lot more work than swaping mounts over...
altho... wheres this LSD for the ma61... ill take it off your hands...
