Hey fellas
Mate I am screwed. I have blown the S series diff! 2nd gear pop! Bad thing is I'm from Qld. I have rung some place in bayswater and they want $275 for a diff!
My questions are:
Can anyone help me out? I dont get paid till thursday and 275 is steep.
Are there any other recommendations for what I should do?
Any diff place or mechanic to take it to near Nunawading that members would recommend?
Please help! Melb is a foreign country to me at the moment. And to friggin cold to do to much running around without a Hachi!
I have talked to Scott and Hen so far. Refer to banned posts. Need a diff/center ASAP. Also someone mentioned a guy called promax who might have an S series lying around. Any ideas?

Waiting to hear about getting that diff sent down from canberra. thanks sprinter boy. Does anyone have any idea as to the cheapest way to get it down here?
Also if anyone has a centre piece for an S series in melbourne let me know!!! I have got a few offers from the melbourne boys to assist in putting it in if i can just locate one. This would be a much easier option.
