Yeah well the whole cracking down on defects and shit seems to be happening her aswell.
Tonight i was just cruising with some mates, all really low drift cars. pretty much there was 2 180's a onevia, fc, r33 and me.
My car is the loudest lowest and most ghetto car out of the lot. DB at 4 1/2 rpm is around 120, and from the chassis rails my car is 55 of the ground. lowest point is about 1cm.
So anyway we pulled into a servo to get fuel and bam, we got ambushed by 3 cop cars. took everyones license except for mine and my car was at the front of the pack, they just walked past my car and cop said to me "hows it going" continued on the tell the rest of the pack that they are being escorted to the department of transport. And they left me alone simply because my car is a corolla. even if it's too low, too loud, rust, bald tyres, cut exhaust, cut springs blah blah blah.

yea can remember who it was but a mate a mine got pulled over down here and the copper said to him i was goin to pull that 180 over who wasnt doing anything wrong but this dude sped in front of the cop so he pulled ma mate over.

yeah, it was all planned so thats why they all got escorted, so they could get everything checked over on the cars!
something that i think is pretty pathetic is that another friend of mine who wasnt with us, just a s13.5.
Pulled out of a park on the second level of a shopping center, drove about 20m's and then go pulled over by the cops. Can they even do that? pretty much on private propety.
if it's in the carpark then no they can't touch you.
