just wondering if anyone would know what bellhousing will match the bolt pattern on the back of a L, 2L, 3L toyota diesel motor or what petrol equivalent gearbox has the same pattern,

this is for a project of putting a 2Lt into a corona

    please reply

    cheers drftr86

I'd hazard a guess at W50 or W55+ with the appropriate bellhousing will work. What gearbox was originally behind the 2L? If it was a G then the bellhousing will also bolt to a W box.

    w series is behind 22re

I'm not certain but the bellhousing off a 3L fits 3sge my w58 was connected to a stock bellhousing of someform (pretty sure it was 3L) behind a 3sge so maybe try 3L bellhousing
