Recaro Copy Seats - Near New

I have other seats coming in so I don't need these.

Pretty well brand new, been sitting around collecting dust.

Were $600 new, with limited edition red stitching (oooo special). They come with universal slider rail things.

I want $400 for them, not negotiable.

where did you buy them?

whats involved fitting, just your basic universal rail?

not ADR approved I assume

I bought them from a friend, who bought them from justjap (when they had the red-stitching limited edition crap going on .. they no longer exist).

Any bottom mount rail will be sufficient. If you are handy with tools/welder you would be able to modify your standard seats to fit. If you want to do neither, find a workshop and they will do exactly the latter.

Yes, they are ADR approved, I don't know where the stamp is .. but justjap assure me it is.

You are free to try them anytime you wish, I have tommorrow and the weekend off too

How much would a work shop charge to fit them?
What exactly is involved?
Just attach them on to exisitng AE86 rails? ( I take it you just chuck the universal rails away after?)

I'll buy em if it's not too much money or trouble to install

I havent done the research on them sorry, I haven't had the time to do anything else on the car (hence why I'm selling off all kinds of things)..

I assume it would be like any other seat: Two bars welded across the rails (front and back) to get the right width, and the "feet" from your standard rails welded onto that

What about sitting height? Will this be way high in an ae86?
