Colours....ummm never quite certain but atm im thinking like a light metallic navy, with 13x7 with 175/50's and 13x8 with 195/45's starsharks with gold centres

Coilovers are a custom lathe up job, pretty generic really, ive got eibach 250lb springs on them atm thinking of going stiffer, time will tell.

Rear wheels are a mates 15x8.5's +15 and sit super flush with the guards (untouched guards) but are fairly close too the inner guard so an 8 with the same front spacing is perfect.

And yes you are correct in saying there hard to find in good nick, but unfortuneatly its not just the utes anymore

ahsedans must have more space in the guards, the orange ute I posted runs 13x7 -7 all round with 175/50s and is pretty perfect imo

I saw a gunmetal 1200 sedan down Anzac highway a few months ago super low, fender mirrors, pokey 13s or 14s. Looked pretty sweet

I will now look for a 1200 hahaha

My friend used to have a light blue dat 1200 ute with just an upgraded datsun motor in it - 1.5ish and it was dead level with my old ae86/16v in a drag - that ca 194kw 1200 must be pretty feisty.

My brother in-law built a ca18de 1200 ute and it was epic. The twist was that it had an sc14 supercharger bolted on the side!...haha...they are nuts when they have a bit of power behind them. traction was a very big issue.


Those 350z's are so sweet. They are a good bit of engineering but have a bit lacking from factory like most cars.....like wrx's- they aren't really that exciting in standard form but do a few things right with them and they come alive.
