165/65/13 would be pwnage..
hey guys im looking at putting my 13by7's back on my slant ke but im not sure what size will look good on them, because i dont really want to go put a new set of tyres on my car and they end up looking shit lol,
but i am looking at doing quite a large stretch since the car is going alot lower so i was thinking a 165 or 175 maybe but im not sure wat profile to do?
if u could help that would be much appreciated
cheers

155/55
you'll be struggling to get stretch on a 7" rim
go as low a profile as you can.
remember that the narrower you go the less grip your going to have.
if you want some real stretch then you will want to go with 155's
175 wont really be a stretch they are what i would call undersized. i run 175/65 (14") on the back on 14x7's to get a bit more guard clearance. if i was to buy new rears id go a profile smaller 175/60, but 65's are much easier to find 2nd hand
13" wheels look a bit wakk in my opinion on a kouki keto
ah yeh well iv got some new 165/65's at the work shop ill just use them for the back and ill probabaly go 175/65's for front but buy a good brand tyre so i have some kind of grip lol
and yeh i no lol but i reckon they look tough as on the rear but gay on front so thats y i want it as low as i can so they look a bit better on the front,
and 155's fark that, there a lil bit to skinny lol

nangkang dor 165 55.
well this is what it use to look like with the 13's on it witch were 205/60/13's so i thought it would look sick with strecth over's lowered more with the wheels painted a matt bronze colour witch will be getting finished tomorrow

i wouldnt call it stretch.
I ran some nankang 165/55 on my old ones.
But id look into the tyres, there was a tyre up from the ones i ran i dont know they name, but they had a stiffer sidewall.
Plus it makes the wheels look really tiny, side on and front on.
And i looked into getting some 155's, but the lowest profile i could find was a 60, and would pretty much sit the same as a 165/55.
