yeah I'm just lookin for reasons why it wont start atm, and sceems to piss fuel out the exhaust, so I just whanna know what fuel pressure to set it to.
if there is heaps of fuel coming out the exhaust, id be looking at no spark issue.
also, the plugs will be fouled to shit if there is that much fuel going through the engine
it's got spark, just dosent sceem to have a verry big spark, plugs are rite and have 1.1 gap, but I duno, as soon as I put the 02 sensor back on, it leaned out and fired more, still didnt kick over and run tho,,,,,any sugestions now or?
4age 16v's have a .8mm gap don't they? my gze does.
give the plugs a clean with some tie wire and get it right down the bottom. my gze fouls plugs like this weekly lol.
also bt20v fuel pressure is something like 38 pound.
anyone comfirm the gap is .8 mm?????
ill look on that 4age site anyways
new plugs! check leads!
something sounds funny there.
I spent a few days after my conversion trying to figure out why my car was not running (it would start and fire then stall, very weak spark). Got new leads and all worked well

Fuel pressure would be around 35-40psi. Spark plugs come gapped at either 1.1mm or 0.8mm. Either will work fine. If the plugs are all black or rounded over, get new ones.
