engine was running very well before removal, approx 100,000kms, no smoke,

Would you know how much lift the cams have? and do they bolt straight in without the need for upgraded valvesprings? how much gains have you had from the cams? (kw at wheels)

yeah they are about 8mm lift so can be bolted in easy.

not sure on power just from cams as i did a few other mods at the same time,
