    like a normal coilover setup but not quite, they have a 20mm height adjustment, i think they'd be useful to someone who wants to make there car a little higher for legal purposes if they have too shorter springs.

    2cm is a very decent level of adjustment, if i wasnt holding out for some kei office ones i would definitely buy these.

    do they suit adm or jdm diffs? they are different

    t18 lower mount is different to jdm t series

    I've got those traction brackets, they suit the jdm diff. You need to buy some longer bolts for your lower trailing arms tho, the standard ones are too short to go thru the bracket.
