please excuse the pic... painfull i know, but what are the two support strips in the back hatch window.... see them a lot in the d1 cars and figure thy are to support lexan windows? but often they arnt attached... or dont look it anyways....

they are supports for lexcen/perspex windows as u assumed...
generally they have a rivet or even just sixaflex holding the strap to the perpex...
