Anyone know what this is??

Hey all,

Im in the middle of doing my wiring (oh joy...) and found this switch on the clutch pedal!?!?!
It has a wire going to the gauge cluster, and one wire going to what was the old factory ecu.

Does anyone know what it could be??

You have an AE85, the switch is not on other models. (Assuming it's a AE85/86).

The switch is used to tell the motor to run leaner when no power is needed. So the motor should idle leaner, which produces less emisions.

You no longer need it, but it acts as a pedal height adjuster as you know.

Ahh yes...sorry forgot to put that its an AE85.
