    just found this while searching, suerly it wouldn't make that much difference, its only 1.7 mm.

    ADM fuel lines:
    main 6.3mm
    return 4.8mm
    emission 6.3mm

    4A-GE fuel lines:
    main 8mm
    return 6.3mm
    emission 6.3mm

    hey mate u need to go and buy some efi fuel lines , i would suggest that u put the motor in first then u'll know how long they have to be . also u need a 4age fuel filter the carby ones wont cut it . as for the inside diameter of the line u can trial fit the original ones on the 4age to find out then go buy the correct efi rated ones . hope this helps . :2thumbs:

    Run a new fuel line. use the ex. fuel line as the return.

    Did you do the math of the cross sectional area? And then the flow? 1.7mm in diameter equates to alot in area, yet more in volume, etc.

    Upgrade for sure. THis being said, my car only had standard fuel lines when the 4age was fitted, though i never drove it so im not sure if it suffered or not.

    speaking from direct personal experience, the standard lines are totally fine. you woill just need to work out some adapters to go from the 6mm line to the 8mm rail feed, and the 6mm rail return to the 4mm line.

    It'll be fine, standard lines are good to 120 rwhp so I've been told.

    For the return line just use the biggest fuel line you want. I once had issues with a blocked return and in amongst the discussion with a workshop they said just use the biggest you can. Bigger line = lower back pressure for the rail.

    Also, you should probably use 8mm line for the feed. Some people in the past have had issues with a 4age using <8mm line. Do it once do it right I say and just buy 8mm, price is almost identical.
