Idiotic. They'll be a bottleneck off boost, hard to spool and make fark all top end. Would have been better off with cams, compression, porting and revs.
For all the complexity its pretty pointless IMO.

I thought the whole point of having twin turbos was having one for the bottom end and one for the top so you had boost throughout the revs. Why would they bottleneck and have no top end?
