I love the engine bay shots - thats exactly how I want my 4AGE conversion to look like when I do it!
Don't get me wrong,i'm no wheel expert......And i'm not saying they are challengers either, there globes all the same,But it's my understanding that "REAL" bathurst globes have a flat lip.....I had a set on a datto 1600,then a 120y wagon.....sold em for $1500 cos there a rare wheel!
heres a pic......
Nice car though man....Love the sleeper look!
That thing would sound sooo tough on song too!!
i was thinking about doing something similar so i don't have to stuff around with aftermarket ECU's an such...

You also have to realise that there is that many different variations of bathurst globe...
Actual pic of my wheel:
Just for a bit of an insight take a look here:
Scroll down just past halfway where you will see the bathurst globe section, The safety lip came out in the XD ESP's.
Another thing, I'm getting quite fucking annoyed with people that come onto this site and think they know shit or just wanna have a crack at you.
ah yep cool.
like i said "it was my understanding"....But thanks I've learned something.
I wasn't having a crack at ya mate, thats just what i got told once.
sorry if i came across that way.

Don't worry bout me, If you looked at my FZR250RR rides thread you would understand why I cracked.
If you look closely at the rear air cleaner you can see a dent that I had to put in it to allow for room near the master cylinder nut.
You get alot of that in these forums i've noticed.
Who cares though ey,we post on here for the peeps who appreciate it not the critics!
