there tein s13 coil over, 28 point damper an spring rate ajustable, just had a complete rebuild done by fulcrum suspension never been used since rebuild. not suitable for s13 conversion into sprinter or ke as there not hight ajustable enough. not sure about spring rate but there prity stiff but not rock hard.

sprinter struts have brembo rotors done about 1000km with new pads put in the same time as the rotors, new peders springs have to find out spring rate on them but they have never been used still in the box, and new peders gas shocks still in the box.
