creeking from steering

ok my car is a standard ke70. this noise wasnt happening until like a week after i put a new steering wheel on. it sounds sort of like if you roll a marble over a glass table top but more metalic. any help?

problem solved it was the horn part of the bosskit grinding on the horn stork if thats what you call it
