    purchased a little 130amp mig welder today should arrive next week some time. This means that i no longer have to take the car to work for welding and fab stuff i can do it all at home , so with any luck progress will be a bit quicker from now on!!!

    What Kind did you get?

    Home fab is the best... but I havent got a new shed yet. So still have to take the car to work... it's a pain in the ass.

    its was a cheap thing off ebay for like $250, so its probably not that great but it comes with a 12month warranty so if it fucks up its going straight back to them to get fixed for free!!

    btw i hate some of the sellers on ebay!!!! no welder for me so trying to soucre another one at the moment, plus i got a couple of cashys coming up at work so i should be able to buy a semi decent one soon enuf, but until then the car work is on hold
