hey guys im gonna put a 4age 16v into my ke70. first thing is should i use the bigport or small port??
second thing is that i wanted to go with the 4agze but it means more money so i was thinking how the 16v would react to a dry nos system?
    Thanks for the help
    Cheers

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Nic19 @ Oct 28 2007, 09:34 PM) </div>no offence but that is a very noobish question running nos on a 4age is possible but unplasible and in most states in australia it is illegal on the streets i suggest u just work the motor and get a decent power figure from that instead of using nos

The money you would spend on a NOS setup would possibly cover the extra cost of going the 4agze route. And power is probably easier to get out of a ze later with bigger pulleys etc

    NOS set up $1200
GZE set up at least $2500 (even if it's done yourself).

My old 4AGE out of a JDM half cut ran NOS. It was great.

If you wanna go this direction and be a bit different just do it, but bear in mind the legality of it.

    NOS eh.....

    i got a better idea

get yourself an air compressor, and put the tank in the boot, and put the compressor bit inplace of your air-con. and get a decent regulator

let it charge up the tank for a bit,

and attach the outlet from the tank to your intake on your engine, via some sort of valve...pft i dunno.

then when you want fun, 30psi of boost on tap!!!!

kinda like nos, without the nos

im stunned by the crapness of this thread....

make sure you have the fuel system to cope with the NOS and the timing setup correctly too.

i gather you will only use it with a WOT switch?

those ZEX or whatever they are systems seem ok for what they are.....

think of it like this, after you pop your first 4age, and you will, wouldn't it just have been easier and cheaper to go with the gze?
