    OK, i'm getting a conversion done soonish from hoppers stoppers and there kit uses massive twin piston au2 calipers, i am just thinking will they be TO big for an 86?

    what size rotors are they using? (will they fit under you rim size 13",14",15",16")

    How far out are the calipers going to stick? (Bassically what offset rim will you need to clear them.)

    These are the questions you need to ask the people doing the work for you.

    If they fit, then no, its not to big, its never overkill with brakes, the bigger the better.

    Hope it works for you.

    The other problem may rise in the AE86 stub axles, which are fairly small, and may bend or break with excessive force.

    Well they told me its a whole kit, adr aproved. I have to have 15 icnh rims which i already have. No idea what rotors they use, they will be using a camry master cylinder.

    sounds like a goer then.

    No idea what these calipers are like. But its sounds like you may be on to a good thing. Let us know how you go and get some pics up once its done.

    ive had a quick measure and R32 gtst rotor n calipers will just fit under 15's just!!!!!!!
    fronts are 296 mm i think rears are 297 or something

    are you sure they arent 280mm?

    i have this setup and i fits easily in a 15inch wheel

    yeah sorry it was to late front are 280mm and rears are 297mm
    it would filll out the 15's though wouldn't it slide86? good to hear they fit and i can measure! :unsure:
