Fair enough.
If you thought some punk in a skyline was about to pull a gun on you, you would sure as shit tell the fucker to get out of the car and on his knees.

Im sure a thorough flaming would be in order for this cop... i cant believe people like this represent Australia's police force.

lame as, they didnt even look at it properly, and didnt apologize to him, just said, your lucky it wasnt another cop you would have had a gun to your head.
probably a sign cops are going insane from standing on the side of roads all day.

yes, because people who drive around in a skyline generally pull a gun on police officers when being breath tested....
if you re-read the article, you'll note he didnt point anything at the cop... infact the cop somehow confused a firearm with a steering wheel lock, and instantly (and publicly) arrested him, or in the case of what another cop might "have had you at gunpoint"
its stupidity on all accounts.
its just as if some cops fucking charged some random house, held all occupants at gunpoint and raided their laundry... "ooops, i thought this washing powder was herion... ill take those handcuffs off now."
I like how it took ANOTHER car full of cops to find out that it was just a steering wheel lock. I mean, surely the officer who arrested the guy in the first place would have actually made sure that it was/wasn't a firearm before calling in backup. It's like he's just gone "Hey that looks like a gun, I'll just arrest this guy, and call for back up rather than actually find out what it is first."
Definitely owes the dude an apology though for sure.

lol most cops are just little bitches who got picked on there whole life and becoming a cop was a way for them to get back at the world.
Be sure to say that to them when your car gets stolen and you're pleading for them to help you find it.
A lad a my new job said that a freind bought a house in the hills a couple of years ago..
Came home to find the cops had raided the place, made a complete mess of his house and shed...
When he finally found out why, it turns out the previous owner was listed on there drugs hit list for regular "check ups" and they hadn't recorded that the propery had changed hands...
Nest day a bunch of plain ordinary cops showed up to clean up the mess the drug squad made...
Nice to know our country is in such capable hands..
