w58 supra box behind a 4agze

wondering if anyone has any info on doing this gearbox change. i have a custom bell housing and the w58 box. any info would be great!

And you need a custom gearbox cross member and tailshaft and a new clutch maybe.

Someone that has actually dont this conversion will be able to confirm this.

I did it the 'cheapest' way i guess

-AZCustom bellhousing adaptor (W box, uses T-50 bellhousing, flywheel, and starter) $300-350
-One-piece tailshaft (driveline services) $350-400
-Carbon-metallic 200kw+ rated clutch (can use any 4AGE clutch, just need to get the spline of the plate modded, any clutch joint can do this) - $400
-Crossmember (bits of metal welded together, very basic) $Free

Depends on what type of bellhousing you have. I had a nite parts one so I used a GZE clutch and flywheel, an RA40 celica tailshaft front section, sprinter drivers side slave cylinder, and custom crossmember (there is some drawings around for this). There is heaps of info around for this.
