Look up a place called Morton and May. The are in Candem in Sydneys South West (near Oran Park) they will make whatever you like from scratch or will cut and widen what you give them.
I dont know prices as i dont work there

they the only stockies i know of hat come in 7" and 114.3 bolt spacing.
