I used to pill it up maybe once a month when i was back in brisbane, usually for the same monthly ritual in the valley.
Haven't touched anything for 1.5 years. Don't know if i will again....
weed was it for me and that was through school and the few years after
just grew out of it i guess, situations changed didn't run with old school crowd due to work, Girlfriend etc
just didn't need it for fun anymore
never touched anything chemical, not for me
wouldn't touch anything now, no want or need nor would i jeopardise my health/welfare for the sake of the family
i don't have problems with recreational drug use, as long as its not hard scary fuck your life up drugs

same deal, school i drank heaps and the few years after. Met Tam and she wasn't in that scene so i sort of grew out of it. now i'm a lightweight :lol: used to down a lot of spirits wake up fine and skate all day no dramas, now i have 6 drinks and wake up felling like i'm dying from the inside out.

my opinion is that if you need to substances in your life to "have fun" then you need to look at what you consider is "fun"
i dont have a problem with people social drinking, enjoying a drink is fine. but people that drink with the purpose of not being able to stand up in 2hrs time, i just see it as pointless.
i just see too many lives destroyed by alcohol that i refrain from being around excessive drinkers and parties where this kind of thing happends.

i used to do both occasionally. had a gf that did them both heaps which is why i did. she got me smoking too.
now i dont touch drugs, smokes, and barely ever have a beer even. i talk up drinking a fair bit but when i do im a lightweight.
i prefer to keep my sences and not get messed up. other 'pleasures' of life are better when youre fully with it
