    Hey Guys,
Ive got a problem with my NA 4age big port. I think its my vacuum sensor but not 100% sure.
When the car idles, it goes straight to 2000rpm like always then goes down to 1200rpm for a couple of seconds, then back up to about 1800 rpm then to 2200 rpm. Moves around a lot. Sometimes, it just drops and stalls.
The car can still just drive...just... when i try and drive off, i have to ride the clutch and rev it up or the revs just drop and stalls.
When the car is driving, doesnt drive well at all, put your foot down and accelerates really slowly.
Is there a way to test if it definitely is my map sensor, such as unplugging it or something?
Im going to borrow my mates off his 4agze to see if it helps, as i was told a vacuum sensor off ANY 4age will be okay...including 4agZe.
I was just wondering if you guys reckon it sounds like it is a vacuum sensor.
    Cheers

Air in coolant upsetting sensor at the back of the head - bleed it properly

    or

throttle position sensor not set properly - look at the EFI diagnosis manual in tech stickies and adjust it

    or

manifold air leak - fix it
