the norm is to use the old one . as they will fit ae86 springs and 4 links. unless you are converting the g-series onto sumthing custom .
When upgrading your diff to an F or even G sereis do you just cut off the old spring seats and hangers from the diff coming out and re use them on the new diff or are you getting new ones made up?
Reason I ask is I have a G series that I am about to put in and I would prefer to get some new hangers and spring seats made up, so if anyone has a template for these items and doesn't mind sharing it would be greatly appreciated
Thanks.

just butcher an old borg warner, that way you can take the whole mount without worrying about stuffing the diff housing.
with my e series i had some mounts made (adjustable lower mounts), but dont have any templates. you pretty much just bend to plates into right angles, then weld these together then onto the diff. if you want i could prob dig some photos out later.
Yeah i don't really have the option to butcher up the old Diff as it is being used in another project, it's a disk brake t series, if it was a crappy old ADM S sereis diff i wouldn't have a problem chopping it up.
photos would be much appreciated thanks dude
ill get some pics after work tonight.
If I were in your positioin I'd find a shitty KE70 housing or something similar to chop. I think it'll be alot of rooting around to make up ALL the mounts and hangers for you diff. While you might be able to find trailing arm mounts for sale, I doubt it for panhard mount and spring seats.
