    Default Wpn 070

    Hey all.

This is my new beast complete with bog stock 4K.

Names Karl live in Adelaide thought id introduce myself.

Recently bought an '84 KE70 slanty front (unfortunately but its grown on me), thought id jump on here and check out the scene.

    Mods are as follows:
    Bog stock 4K-c
    " " " suspension etc
    5 speed 'Box
vacuum leads etc blocked off (ones that you don't really need) for more suction
slight exhaust leak from flange to start of exhaust
and a decent stereo installed in a matter of hours love new wiring u know where everything is lol.

Pics up soon when i get them off my camera

Bought the car friday last week (24th of November 2008) with a rooted radiator, fins were basically not there or just plain falling off, drove it back from basically
gawler and didnt overheat or nothing which i was quite surprised about. Got to the bottom of the freeway ready to go home, trying to get my speed up
with the stock 4K haha, and the temp guage just jumped so stopped in the truck stop let her cool down and filled her up with a bit more coolant. Drove her home sweet as up the old freeway.

    Anyway update when something happens.

    Karl.

P.S Would like to do a 4AGE conversion soon enough.

Pics of the car are after a large amount of polish and scratch X (meguires make some great stuff)

The one on the trailer bein towed is the car with no plates that im gonna use for a square front conversion and parts like Hally said. seein as it will look a bit bodgey with 2 different whites and primer over the back i will be gettin it sprayed. Thats after i get the conversion all done and dusted. Still gotta save up some cash to get this 4AGE YEW!

As you can see from the third photo in that i have some rust building up pretty healthily there so will see how much i can cut out without affecting the rigidity of the car and so on.

If anyone has any ideas for a good way or effectively getting rid of rust PLS LET ME KNOW.

Also how would i go about hooking up a tacho from a tacho dash into the non tacho dash? i could run a direct wire off the ignitor but with the whole power thing not too sure.

I have seen some intense slanty fronts, and quite frankly i dont have the money for quads so Slanty it is.
